| RETURN POLICY |
All returns or exchange require our authorization. You must notify us within 10 business days of delievery of your order to initate A return or exchange and received return authorization. All returns for credit must be received by us within 10 business days of issueing you an return authorization, otherwise no credit Will be honored. We donot accept returns on custom orders or sale items.
1) Exchange or credit only.
2) Must be returned within 10 business days of receipt of Package.
3) Item must be in original packing box/envelope.
4) All items returned must be undamaged and unused.
5) Invoice must be included in package.
6) Returns must be packed in a padded envelope, insured and have the Return Authorization on the front of the package.
7) Shipping charges are not refundable.
8) There is a 10 % restocking fee and a $:5 processing fee charges on all exchange. |
